Open Telegram with a free MTProto proxy. No registration, subscription or separate app.
Connect in Telegram ↗Telegram will show the server settings. Confirm “Connect Proxy”.

StormyCloud operates this public server. It has its own availability and privacy policies. Switching is done in Telegram; Mini-proxy does not switch your connection automatically.
If Telegram still does not connect
Check your internet connection, update Telegram and try the backup. To stop using a proxy, turn off “Use Proxy” in Telegram’s proxy settings.
